Manufacturing: Setting a New Standard

Classical Pearls has gone to extraordinary lengths to research traditional growing (didao) and preparation (paozhi) methods of the ingredients in our formulas. Every formula is manufactured in GMP certified facilities using rigorous standards, both in China and the United States. We personally select and inspect facilities that process and manufacture the formulas and single herbs.

The term supply chain management generally refers to design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value. Classical Pearls approaches supply chain management with a different goal: ensuring a high standard of quality in all of the ingredients in our products. On the whole, we maintain oversight, control, and management of every step – from sourcing, cultivation, and processing, to formulation, manufacturing, testing, and distribution. Our final product is packaged in recyclable amber glass bottles, to inhibit light from damaging the ingredients, and more so to avoid the use of petroleum plastics.
